2022 Personal and Real Estate taxes are now payable. The Saline County tax books are open and personal and real estate taxes can be paid. Please keep in mind that we do not accept personal checks on delinquent accounts.

Property Tax Deadline October 15, 2022

  • Online at http:/tax.countyservice.net/saline until midnight October 17. A processing fee applies to debit or credit card payments.
  • Drop box outside Benton office until midnight October 17. (NO CASH Please)
  • Mail payment into 215 N. Main St. Suite 3, Benton, AR 72015. MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE POST OFFICE on or before October 17 to not receive a penalty.

Both locations are open, and we are here to serve you. The Benton Office will be open until 6pm on October 13-14 & October 17. All tax payments made or postmarked after October 17, will be charged a penalty.

Per ยง26-36-201 When October 15 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday observed by the United States Postal Service, the taxes shall become due and payable the following business day that is not a holiday observed by the United States Postal Service. 2021 Taxes payable in 2022 delinquent after October 17th, 2022.
